Giuliani plans largest tax cut in American history

After failing in Iowa and New Hampshire, Rudy’s at it again! Rudy Giulianai has announced that if elected, he will send Congress his plans for the largest ever tax cut in American history, on his first day in office. Here’s an excerpt from an email we received:
On his first day in office as President, Rudy Giuliani will send Congress the largest tax cut in American history. This bold policy sets Rudy apart from everyone else running for President. America’s two leading conservative anti-tax organizations, Club for Growth and Americans for Tax Reform, have widely praised Rudy’s proposal. Pat Toomey, President of Club for Growth, had this to say about Rudy’s tax cut plan: “Mayor Giuliani’s tax cut proposal today would dramatically move the American tax code and economy in the right direction. This is exactly the kind of plan economic conservatives should embrace.” Grover Norquist, President of Americans for Tax Reform said: “This tax cut–the largest in history–would represent a monumental leap forward for the American taxpayer and the U.S. economy.”
